Leadership is a journey of continuous growth, change and reinvention.

Throughout my career, I have embraced opportunities to lead, learn, and help organizations navigate change. From executive leadership and board services to mentoring and supporting community initiatives, each experience has shaped my perspective on what it means to lead with purpose.

Today I serve as President & CEO of HSB Canada, a Munich RE company, working with an exceptional team to help clients navigate complex and emerging risks. My career has included executive leadership roles with HSB Canada, State Farm Canada, Desjardins along with service on corporate, industry and community boards.
